Salient Select Income Fund focuses and invests in stock portfolios that consist of senior
securities and high-income equities that are primarily issued by real estates investment
companies. Even though the focus is on real estate investment trust (REIT), it is allocated by
preferred stock, common stock and bonds. It may also shift in response to market conditions.
Salient is ran by a tight-knit group led by Joel Beam who has more than twenty years of shared
history and deep domain expertise. Like all major stock companies, Salient has an objective, and
that objective is: the fund seeks high current income and potential for modest long-term
