Disbursement allocation program (DAP)
In this part, the president explained the importance of DAP, showing all the projects funded by
it like the helping of TESDA scholars and the funding of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino
Program. For me, this improves the image of the President and his administration as he became
transparent in this part. People want transparency in which they will have peace of mind that
they are in good hands. Furthermore, TESDA helps increase the literacy rate in our country and
by this in mind, increasing the level of literacy and/or education can help a country to mitigate
