Advanced Organizational Behavior has been a great class. The hands on learning
working with real world situations was a first for me. I took away a lot of knowledge on
leadership styles, culture, and actually learning there is a difference between being a manager
and being a leader. If I could give could give any advice on the class, it wouldn’t be none I love
your teaching style wish more professors was intrigued with the students and subject as you are.
Over the past months we have did a number of assignments and assessments. From reading and
discussing the corner office, weekly ethics questions, and assessments on ourselves.
