Management of all projects and more specifically the software
projects are considered to be the most challenging job. Due to the
high risk area a well planned execution and monitoring is essential.
Therefore, emphasis will be placed on planning, estimation, risk
analysis and management, execution, and monitoring software
projects in a scientific way.
Course Outcomes:
At the end of the course participants will be able to:
