Soup or Salad: Integration in America
How integrated is America as a country? Is America Divided? If So, how? Are we all
mixed together into one big culture in America or are we thrown into a mix with our own
feelings, cultures and views? Are we a melting pot, all thrown into one big mixer and made into
something new? Or are we a tossed salad, taken with our views and beliefs to make a big mix?
In America today we are gaining a lot of new immigrants and cultures introduced to our society.
How are these cultures mixing with ours? History shows that America does not like big changes
