What should Sonic Mission be?
Sonic’s operation is to provide consumers with the most high tech equipment and data
solutions whether it is for personal, business, or other uses. This company has
state-of-the-art storage devices, faster connections, longer battery life, providing cloud
storage, FM receiver, and other great gadgets for communication.
In what competitive spheres (industry, products and applications, competence,
market-segment, vertical, and geographic) should Sonic operate?
• Industry – Storage, communication devises, and personal media
• Products and Applications – Cloud storage is with any phone under other phone
companies, but Huawei is the first to market with a smart phone that has combined cloud
services.
• Competence – I personally do not own one, but from what I have read they seem to be a
useful product with plenty of different features, so any entry-level price point is
appropriate.
• Market Segment – Anybody can use this phone whether it is for business pros, students,
or just for your pleasure due to all the different features associated with it.
• Vertical and Geographic – You may have not heard about this product due to it not being
offered in the states. It will soon be marketed with all major retailers and can be
comparable to other phones such as Galaxies and iPhone. They need to start getting their
name out in the U.S. and expand their market for success.
