With the current global pandemic or outbreak (depending if you are reading CDC
or World Health Organization classification), many work places have decided to take
extreme measurements to be financially stable. Some have closed, others have let go
personnel and some are not deeply affected. On my current position as Project Manager, I
have 16 people under me on three different geographical locations, South Carolina,
Qatar, and Kuwait. The communication challenges alone are a great deal but with the
pandemic it has gotten worst. However, that is not the bigger problem we are
encountering. The bigger problem is the teleworking. Since we required the access of
many financial software programs from the Department of Defense, we cannot use our
personal computers. We do have to use government computers but we cannot connect
