1 Introduction
Introduction
Today is an era of modern technology, each field of world struggling to improve itself day after day, due
to advancement in science and technology we are going to develop IOT CHALLAN system based
application for students of NHA by using advance technology tools such as LIDAR GUN (light detection
and ranging speed gun ) to improve challan system.
IOT-challan system for NHA based on manually handing over challan work, this type of work often cause
delay receiving of information to the drivers. To have challan information quickly as possible among
driver and officer this application work well.
1.1 Document Purpose
As in the world of modern technology , developed IOT system and rising machine learning.it is
important to use technology in the department of high way security to gain accuracy and to save time
.as we know other countries like Dubai have well managed high way security system by the use of
technology ,auto detecting LIDAR gun and E-Challan system. Through this there will a time saving
activity in processes by the usage of the system.
1.2 Product Scope
The proposed system will be helpful at national and international level to maintain and manage the
security of the high ways and local transport system . IOT-challan system is an electronic format of
challan. An IOT-challan system can also be defined as a specific format used for depositing or remitting
the contribution or statutory payment by using M-tag and E-tag in Pakistan and by other ways at
international levels.
1.3 Intended Audience and Document Overview

to detect and recognize the moving vehicles plate number in the speed up to 120km/h. And
the recognition accuracy is more than 95%. So with the help of the LDR and internet or ay
communication medium our proposed system will work for you.
