Laws are created to protect the people of certain community or even nation. Some laws
may benefit us heavily, and some may not benefit us at all. One law that shouldn’t be broken is
the use of alcoholic beverages by adolescents. The consumption of alcoholic beverage
consumed by underage children is not only illegal, but it is also dangerous and can harm them.
The adolescents aren’t the only ones to blame in this situation. Their parents are the ones who
have control over what they do until they become an adult. This situation also give adolescents
a sense of friends they would surround themselves around based on the other friends parent. If
a parent is letting their child drink at a young age, it teaches the child two lessons. For one, it
shows the child that it’s ok to not abide by the laws and the other is that their future children’s
health shouldn’t be a concern. Is this how adolescents should be raised?
