Team Dynamics, interpretation and how it can be applied in my environment
The constant learning of an organizational environment structure in every company is the
base of any success, in this case HR Global Services provided the class a new
perspective of how things should be done in team dynamics related to the knowledge,
learning and cooperative process that must be applied to the working area around the
company. Although the first minutes of the conference were missed for an external cause
of events. The idea was focusing in the team dynamics.
What does team dynamics mean? To begin with it is based on the idea of how cooperation
between employees and coo workers must be constantly communicating so the company
gets and exchange of ideas that facilitate the process to resolve or reduce inefficiency in
certain areas or cases. Later, we got various examples of the things that commonly
happen around companies and the causes of the failure, and this usually were cause by
lack of motivation or low knowledge of long term goals of the company and that causing
uncertainty and less job security.
The speakers also explain that they must firstly analyze if they can improve the situation
or needed a different specialist accordingly to the problem. Besides that, we could hear
more examples and motivational stories about how teamwork is always beneficial to
