Socialization
The generational time, era, or life cycle affects someone’s political
attitudes and behavior dramatically. This is true because when we are born to
parents of a certain religion and political view we are automatically more inclined
to be part of the same religious organizations and political views as they are.
Growing up our parents control where we go and who we are around. They are
more likely to be around people who have the same types of beliefs as they do
thus it becomes they only thing we know growing up.
