TOPIC #1: Motivation to start on my CCAF journey.
Why back to schooling after so many years?
I was doing my job as a flight chief to a shop of 44 total individuals. My newest
supervisor of many walked in asked me a simple question. Do you have your CCAF
degree? No, sir I replied. So this immediately sent this ball rolling to working on this
degree, and here I am deep in a personal narrative.

After realizing I had been sitting on my laurels and not getting this CCAF thing started,
