One of the major ethical issues going on right now in the world of business has to
do with Social Networking. More and more employees are using social media at work.
28% of employers fired personal due to using Facebook while on the clock. 18% fired
persons due to them writing posts regarding their job.1 in 4 employees admitted they
spend at least an hour while at work to take personal calls, emails, texts etc.., while 21%
estimated they spend 1 or more hours browsing online.
There are many risk factors that companies face from this. Below are just some of them.
