. Example of social computing software is blogs, email, instant
messaging, social network services, wikis, social bookmarking, and many other software where
people can interact with others.
Business can use Social Computing to promote their brands and eventually, get closer to
customers. Company can implementing Social computing on CRM, example like in social network
such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. The company, by using social network services can quickly get
information to user what are their interest on their product.
Company also can use Social computing on HRM, example like Google. They recruit their
employee based on what are they search on google. If they search like a function of a Phyton-based
programming, there are possibilities that google will give a challenge to him/her. And if the answer is
satisfying to Google, he/she will be offered a job in there.
We also can use Social Computing for the Marketing process for example like every online shop in
this world like in Instagram, facebook or in any platform. They can promote their product using the
pop ads that constanly popping out when you open the website and if you click the pop ads you will
be directed to the website that paid for that pop ads. They also can pay people to endorse their
product in social media like every famous people social media did.
Implementing the Social Computing on shopping process in business, it can make the customer
more easily to see and buy almost everything that they need in the online way. If they need
something for example dress, they didn’t have to went to mall or plaza like what they did in the past.
In this new era they just need to open the website, search for what they need, choose which one of
the item and the price that they prefer and they just have to pay for the item that they choose in the
online way.
