In a recent article from the New York Times, Journalist Kathleen Murray writes about the
struggle small business owners are experiencing in keeping employees within the company

owners are approaching employee benefits, incentives, and perks in order to reduce attrition.
Most of these small businesses do not have the capability to offer higher salaries or common
