From the forum, I have watched and listened to the speech by the founder and CEO of Ali
Baba which is Jack Ma. He has several characteristics to become a successful person as an
entrepreneur. Jack Ma told that he is always being optimistic. He is always thinking
positively about everything and tries to solve problems. He is always being optimistic for the
future, he always asks what the problems that he can solve, how to solve them. Next, he
