According to D.Bornstein (2004) in his article “Six Qualities of Successful Social
Entrepreneurs,” the success of social entrepreneurs depends on the qualities of their motivation.
The first quality that social entrepreneurs possess is the willingness to self-correct which requires
a combination of hard-headedness, modesty and courage. Nevertheless, the entrepreneur’s
tendency to self-correct arises from attachment to a goal rather than a specific approach.
However, along with openness to the market and a natural growth orientated behavior, the
willingness to self-correct that is essential to the continuous adaptive course of action has slowly
diminished over period, as young entrepreneurs are strongly fond of their thoughts therefore only
obtain information through indirect management channels which lead to costly and time
consuming problems at later points. The Nobel Prize winner, Joseph Stiglitz also states in his
book “Globalization and Its Discontents,” about the root of the International Monetary Fund
