CJS 350 Site Proposal Assignment
The agency name that I will be volunteering at is called St. Louis Park High School. The
agency is located at 6425 W 33rd St, St. Louis Park, MN 55426. The agencies mission is to
provide the support and skills that students need to succeed in school and learn the language that
they are unfamiliar with, because they come from different countries. The St. Louis Park high
school was established in 1898, and is ranked 290 on the list of to 1500 high schools in America.
Senator al franklin attended the high school. Before the school was build, it was an ice skating
rink before. Conditions were so crowded that in the 1954-55 and 1955-56 school years, students
attended school in double shifts. The 1,331 junior high students attended class in the morning
