a) Should they implement a modernized floor (outcry) and automated trading system such as
the New York Stock Exchange?
They should replace the archaic system with a new system (modernized) because the country is
developing the economy environment, and the government wants to improve the capital; giving
reasons to the investors to invest in the country. Also, according to Macmillan Dictionary
“modern means the use of the most recent methods, ideas, designs, or equipment” it means that the
San Pico’s system needs changes of new methods and equipment. For example, it facilitates the
process of buy, sell and trade the shares. Furthermore, most new and renovated stock exchanges
