Numerous policy mediations have been applied and assessed to advance and improve
health care access, such as the mediations summarized in the Patient Protection and Affordable
Care. One of ACA’s main emphasis is to eradicate disproportions and inequalities in economic
approach to health care. While affordability is a vital element of health care access, other scopes
such as accessibility and availability are equivalently pertinent in eradicating health inequalities.
Accessibility relates to the difficulty’s patients might face by not being able to reach a doctor
whereas availability relates to patients having the opportunity to choose among health care
