activities and services that include: flights, bungee jumping, boats, tours, rafting, riding !
animals, safaris, etc. Their target market are customers who enjoy adrenaline-pumping, !
exciting, and adventurous activities and Shearwater has a competitive advantage in that !
they offer such a wide-range of activities to appeal to all types of customers. Lastly, !
Shearwater is able to increase the number of customers without decreasing prices due to !
the bundle pricing incentives and pre-bookings.!

Resource capabilities Having this company be vertically integrated is beneficial in a country that
has such political unrest that is unsure about the company being there . By having strategically
located restaurants , this allows the company to have more control of the quality of their
experiences . !
–Resource Deficiencies and Weaknesses The biggest thing from this section is that we have a
small hotel in Zimbabwe , but none of the other locations . We have over 100,000 people we
transport from the airport , but we need to turn that into customers for our retail stores and
accommodations which are lacking . WE currently do not have any restaurants in both Zambia
and Botswana and that is our highest customer base in Zimbabwe , so we should consider
opening restaurants in those areas . We also currently share our helicopters , and we should
consider having our own for our productions , or just owning it but allowing other companies to
