SEXUAL HARRASMENT
Abstract
Sexual harassment is unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or
physical conduct of a sexual nature. In the early 2000s a former student of University of
Colorado sued the University for violating Title IX of the 1972 Education Amendments. On a
night of December 2001, a group of female friends were drinking on an off campus location.
