For my Business Policy & Strategy project I chose the policy sexual harassment. Sexual
harassment is unwanted or unwelcomed sexual requests for sexual favors. Sexual harassment is
also considered to be the physical act of a sexual nature that indicates sexual harassment. For
example, every time an employment decision concerning a person is made because the person
accepted or rejected the unwelcomed act that is sexual harassment. The unwelcomed act usually
hinders a person’s work performance or makes the work environment hostile or intimidating. No
one wants to be in an abusive work environment.
I choose the sexual harassment policy because every company has a sexual harassment
policy, but this is a policy that people tend to forget about the most. A person may forget about
this policy especially after working with a group of people that they feel like they have known
