Servant Leadership
The servant-leader is being a servant first; it is a feeling that comes natural to a
person to want to serve first. Then the servant leader will aspire to lead. A servant leader
will serve and then lead. Other leaders that lead before serving have are different from
servant leaders because they have not experienced serving others. I believe serving others
first helps you respect severs because you have been one before. Just like in an
organization I believe people should work their way up that way they are familiar with
what the people below them are going through. A servant leader is one who helps others
before they help themselves. There are ten principles of servant leadership, they are;
Listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, conceptualization, foresight,
