I have participated in many business research and practice during my college years due to my strong interest in

played an enormous role in China’s rapid economic take-off and development, which triggered my strong
interest for real estate. So I choice the real-estate and want to be a senior real estate manager in a top real estate
corporation of China to play an active role in the real estate development and decision-making.
I am trying to learn about analyze a real estate company or a public company’s real estate section by
analyze the company’s business. Because I want to know the state of the operation and and how they
make profit or loss in real estate management, find out the strengthen and weakness of its business. So I
am going to separate several part, 1 Macro-environmental analysis political, macro- financing
environmental politics and so on 2 supply chain analyze, including upstream and mid-stream, and down-
stream.3 financial analyze of the real estate report use the so financial methods like dupont analyze, ration
