Self-Critique Paper:
A two-part, four-page paper analyzing your patterns of written errors in work leading up to
and including your Write Experience assignment, and an insightful analysis of your
informative presentation performance, with a detailed plan of action for improvement.
Part 1 – Written Self-Critique: You will be required to write a two-page self-critique
identifying and analyzing FIVE patterns of writing errors in your work leading up to and/or
including the Write Experience assignment. You will be expected to offer specific examples of
each error and corrected versions for each of the five error examples. Errors may include
grammar, sentence-structure (mechanics), spelling, punctuation and diction errors, as well as,
effective sentence errors (e.g. sentence unity, subordination and coordination, parallelism, shifts,
emphasis, variety, etc.).
Part 2 – Presentation Self-Critique: You will be required to write a two-page self-critique of
your informative presentation based on analysis of your videotaped presentation and feedback
