I would tell that person that education does matter. In fact, it increases the chance of
having a better future, and a better life. Your knowledge increases and you get educated on
variety of subjects that soon will affect you in life. Attending college or a university is a
decision. One sacrifices a large amount of time and effort to become the best they can be.
However, I do agree it is an incredible amount of money but when you think about it
long-term it will be worth it. Life is about sacrificing in order to accomplish your goals.
My first semester was rough. I worked and went to school full time. I had to do large
amounts of homework. I went to work, came home, ate, changed, and then went to school.
It’s almost the same routine, it is difficult especially when a low-paying job. I also have to
pay for my car, gas, phone, insurance, ect. But that doesn’t stop me from going to college,
I just need extra help. I’m considering skipping a semester to gather money because I’m
just not making it. I would really appreciate it if I got some help to avoid that.
