Scandal Analysis
In September of 2014, Newark, New Jersey teacher Nicole Dufault was accused
of sexually assaulting 5 of her students. The 34 year old teacher was said to have
committed oral sex on the underaged students, and was later prosecuted for such
following a video that was released by the young boys of her doing so. These actions
were stated to be recurring, having happened on-and-off during 2013 and 2014. This
article is a very controversial example of the involvement of teachers and students.
When it comes to the school system, it is the duty of the teacher to refrain from
