Save the Dream
In the documentary “Save the Dream” it showed how NACA, Neighborhood Assistance
Corporation of America, went on a mortgage restructuring tour back in 2008 and helped people
lower their interest rates and lowered their monthly payments. The non-profit organization
founded by Bruce Marks set out to help people recover from the predatory lending which lead to
the market crash because of the high interest loans people got in order to buy homes.
In the video Bruce spoke out about how the lack of oversight by the government and
banks lead to how so many people lost their homes due to foreclosure. They have loan
