- Explain the importance of feedback during "Buyer communications"
The buyer communication model has eight basic elements. The source of communication,
in this case, it's the salesperson. the salesperson's conversion of ideas and Concepts into language
and materials used in the sales presentation. This is known as the encoding process. Information
intended to be conveyed in the sales presentation is known as the message. The form of
communication used in the sales presentation and discussion is known as the medium. Receipt
and translation, or interpretation of the information by the receiver or prospective buyer is known
as the decoding process. Feedback is an extremely important factor in the communication model
because it measures the reaction to the communication that is transmitted to the receiver or the
person the communication this intended for, and this case it would be the prospective buyer. The
feedback reaction that is transmitted to the sender can be either verbal or non-verbal, or a
combination of both. Finally factors that distort communication between the buyer and the seller
are referred to as noise. This includes barriers of communication that can disrupt the buyer's
