The interview between Fred and Victor went well, both parties left feeling confident that they found
a suitable choice in seeking their match regarding their situations. Fred marketed the job to attract
more candidates and he bent the truth of certain details about the position but felt that it was
crucial to find the ideal candidate. The questions that Victor asked were important too, these were
the key characteristics that were going to determine whether he would accept the job. Fred
exaggerated about the details about every question Victor had asked, this only made it more
appealing to him and thus showed that he was heavily interested in the job even though most of
what Fred said isn’t going to come to fruition.
