SALES AGREEMENT FOR CUPCAKES
This Agreement is entered into as of the 10 day of October, 2020, between _Mickey
Mouse_(“the buyer”) and __Panda Pastry Shop__ (“the Seller”).
1. ITEMS PURCHASED. Panda Pastry Shop agrees to sell, and Mickey Mouse agrees to
buy the follow products (the “Goods”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this
