Growing up as a child we are taught many different lessons that depict who and how we act in
the future. I was always taught by my parents and threw the school systems that we have to set
standards or goals that we need to reach. Goal setting is a positive way to build ones’ character and to
complete more difficult tasks as you learn. Some people do not choose to use this theory of motivation
because they can’t make the commitment to the goal that they make. Being taught for several years to
make goals is now continuing to my service and sales threw my pest control company.
Every day my life revolves around a schedule that I create at the beginning of every month.
Most of my tasks on my schedule are either school or my business; business tasks in the winter are
sales. Lately I have been really focusing on calling a certain amount of my existing customers and new
