Sabor a Mexico Restaurant
In a business the owner or the managers have to look for employees that can be competitive
for the position they are hiring. The managers hiring must require several things that the person
applying for the job must provide to them. In these requirements the person applying for the job
must provide a resume. If the person hiring likes the resume and the interview then they will move
to next step of training the person and giving them an orientation. In this case, I chose a Restaurant
business named Sabor a Mexico where there will be hiring for three different positions and they
will require specific skills and abilities. Sabor a Mexico will be hiring an executive chef, a
dishwasher, and a waitress.
The manager of Sabor a Mexico will provide different interviews for each of the positions.
The dishwasher and the waitress interview will be somewhat the same but the interview for the
executive chef will go a little different since the executive chef has more responsibilities and it is
a higher paying job. In those interviews there is going to be nine questions provided that will be
ask to all the applicants who are applying for the positions.
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. What is your greatest strength and greatest weakness?
