The Tarahumara live an “ancient” life. While you could assume that means uncivilized
and unhealthy because they have no modern medicine or doctors around to be around for aiding.
However, they live happier and healthier lives than our “advanced” society. McDougall reveals
that the Tarahumara may have figured out the key to a perfect life:
