The month of May is National Military Appreciation Month. I did not know
this until I was researching for an article to do my assignment on. This article is very
interesting, and meaningful to me. The title of the article is, “Saying thank you to
troops, vet.” I think that American citizens sometimes over look the importance of
soldiers and do not value you them enough. Some people do not realize the
sacrifices that soldiers. Soldier’s families also make sacrifices. It is easy for someone
to just say thank you to a soldier, but here I am specifically talking about veterans.
Veterans are the ones who are sometimes forgotten about. I am not saying people do
