The role of hospital administrators in the healthcare reform is one that
will be always changing. The administrator has to know what are the new laws,
rules, regulations that are out, coming out, and will be changed within the next
few
years.
They
need to
stay on
top of
all that
information and still be on top of their day to day tasks. How things used to work
in the facility will no longer be the best for the company and it is the hospital’s
administrators task to figure out the best solution.

The history of the hospital administrator role as evolved. In the
beginning of hospital’s there was really no support for the patients.
