SUBJECT: Best Action Plan for a Successful Implementation
Robin Hood I’m so delighted that you’ve accepted my strategy to help your business! I
have been formulating my action plan that I feel is best way to improve efficiency. As you
know I believe this is the best strategy to first accomplish so that future endeavors can be
carried out successfully.
Cleaning House
First thing to do is clean house by going through the current employees and firing those
that do not match the needed to skills but make sure that those fired have signed a
confidentiality agreement. In order to carry out a better operation you must first make sure
only the best and most trustworthy are part of the organization. Once the amount of
workers has been reduced you can begin to decentralize by creating departments, rather
than having just one or two person making all of the decisions. As I learned in accounting
information systems you must implement some segregation of duties in order to reduce the
possibility of errors and fraud, decentralization will help create the segregation.
Growing Resources for Fuel
The next step is to solve one of the other issues you mentioned when we first meet, which
was the going need for food since you surpassed the resources of the forest. The best way
to solve this is to network with local farmers around the forest so that you can find allies
