Robert Durst: A Monster In Society
Monsters are usually described as cartoon characters or crazy looking beasts that hide
under children’s beds but, monsters in our society often refer to murders, rapists, terrorists.
Killers are the biggest threats to humans. Since it could be the most original and boring
person ever who turns out to be the killer. Killers can even be normal everyday billionaire
heirs. Robert Durst is often referred to the media as the cold blooded killer who never got
caught but, in 2015 Real estate heir Robert Durst broke headlines recently after
accidentally admitting to murdering a number of people while filming an HBO special
about the disappearance of his wife and all of the allegations that were made about him.
Robert Durst successfully shook all of these allegations off throughout the years no matter
what the media or friends and family of the victims said. Robert Durst was on the run for a
while before FBI agents were able to successfully arrest him. He was responsible for the
disappearance and murder of his wife. Also, he was responsible for the disappearance and
murders of Susan Berman and Morris black.
Robert Durst was finally caught and charged on March 15th, 2015 in New Orleans,
Louisiana, on a warrant from a judge in California. While arrested police found over
$500,000 in cash and wired transfers, un registered handguns, and a fake ID with the
