Employees tend to operate differently in flat and hierarchical organizational structure organizational
structure that makes sure that the chain of protocols that are used in communication in these two para-
digms in any given organizations are different. The difference in organizational structure creates a differ-
ence regarding communication. In this case, the workers tend to operate in an effective manner since the
communication is one of the features that define how workers operate.

Regarding employees personality, it can be said that they do not differ because all forms of opera-
tions that are handled by flat and hierarchical organization structure tends to be based on all issues to do
with the management of all issues to do with workers behavior and personality tends to be defined.In this
case, the two structures of organization tends to have similar employees personality since they have a
unique method of addressing all issues to do with communication, and also various forms of personalities
tends to be the same due to the fact that organizations tend to have a way of expressing personality which
is seen as a similar approach.
