Ripples of Gaming
Video games received many negative attention, especially from people who don’t enjoy
them. Video game that promote violence is one way they receive this attention. Very little do we
actually see that the media covering a story on how video games are helping people. It
completely lowers the credibility that video games have. They hardly show how they help
children become active thinkers. It is an abstract idea to have video game teaching people things
because of the institutionalized way of the public education. Over time, we have an evolution of
learning from speaking and learning to writing and eventually using pictures and now slowly
moving into video games. By simulating real world ideas into video games the game developers
are teaching lectures to other people thus enabling a deeper understanding of how people think
