Rhetorical Analysis Essay: “Books make you a boring person”

“Books make you a boring person” is an essay which tries to imply many things,
but in general, the current perspective of the books from the people. It is an Essay
written by Cristina Nehring, published in June 27, 2004, in the city of New York.
The intended audience in this text is mainly to the people who reads very often and
to the ones who doesn’t, trying to show the difference in reading or not, which
could be very different if you understand it by the different ways in which the
people can understand it, if it is by what the author is trying to mean or for what the
own reader only wants to think about. As it says in one of the sentences, “It is not
about the contents of the books, it’s about their fetishization” which in my own
perspective means to not judge a book by its cover, but if by its really interior, what
it is actually made of and to have a good beginning or motivation to read and
therefore understand that a book can really be unjoyful and not boring as many
people think.
This text is very descriptive, it haves many ideas in it and descriptions which are
understandable and help the reader feel more relative to it, for example, it says that
“There are two very different ways to use books, one is to provoke our own
judgments, and the other, by far the more common, is to make such conclusions
unnecessary” And it does make so many sense, because it is true, may people
when they read at the end, they just make their own judgments by saying if the
book was good or not, if it was interesting or boring, and other, by just saying
conclusions which could really be not useful at all, because they could be
conclusions which could only make sense to that specific reader and not for the
other people.
The text by itself in this essay is pretty well written, sense it uses enough
persuasive writing in order to make it more interesting and likely to the readers,
sense it is trying to pursue the reader by stating example such as “books make you
