Rhetorical Analysis
Merging schools has recently become much more prevalent, and Melvyn Fein is
exceedingly opposed to this fast-growing idea. For example, North Georgia State and Gainesville
College were being forced to merge, and this was to both of the Universities discontent. This
concept seems to be bringing about many more negatives than positives, leaving Fein and
countless others wondering why this is occurring more and more frequently. Fein explained, “We
