decrease the amounts of returns. Another trend is the usage of quick shipping that is now
available. Amazon has now shifted to free one-day shipping. Consumers are becoming less
patient about receiving the products they order. Getting their products quickly is not the only
concern of consumers. They also want to receive information, such as prices or delivery times
