PURPOSE
Employee rules of conduct are meant to support the orderly and efficient running of Jesus Miracle
Crusade Academy while also protecting all employees’ rights. As a result, violations will be treated as
grounds for disciplinary action.
These guidelines are made public for the benefit and protection of employees. Ignorance of work
regulations is not a valid excuse for breaking them. Each employee must understand and follow the
regulations. Other departmental restrictions may exist in addition to these guidelines. Employees are also
expected to be aware of and follow these policies.

actions are not accepted, such as bullying, dishonesty, or stealing. This can result in a healthier, safer
workplace, one that fosters employee loyalty.
