to host on the Johnson Custom Services grounds. Thank you for thinking of our facility as a
potential meeting ground.
I appreciate your dedication to the city. I, also, acknowledge my workers’ interest. A conflict
between my employees would likely to happen if any political party is represented on our
company’s facility. This is why I do not mix my company with politics. I am known for creating
an inclusive atmosphere for all employees and if that is taken, I am losing both my workers and
the business. Therefore, I regret to inform you that I have to decline this request. I really
apologize for the inconvenience and please do contact me if you have any questions following.
Incidentally, have you considered [insert a different company name] as another option? They
have held several fundraisers and will, hopefully, be happy to offer their place. I need to check
with their headquarters first and then send you their contact information.
