Respecting Women
Since the day I could speak my parents shaped me to be a good person in the future.
Although my parents made me learn many of the things I know on my own, they did make sure
I knew a few things. These two things are proper manners and how to treat a woman right.
Showing respect is a given for the typical conduct in the twenty-first century. Most men want
women to like them, the fact that men often treat women in rude, unethical ways which will
completely contradict how they want women to treat them back. It’s very unfortunate that
many men treat women in ways like this. I have learned how to treat a woman from my family,
seeing poor examples and having other social influences as well.
Respecting women sets good examples for people around us. Clearly, a woman does
not have the strength to defend herself against a man typically. But what they do have is a

disrespected for many years. In the passed, they couldn’t own land, vote or leave the house.

that was a very pivotal time for me. I saw things I shouldn’t have and heard things I shouldn’t
have. My dad would sometimes call my mother hurtful names and me being 14 or 15 years old,
