Residential Contract Analysis
Overview
This contract pertains to a residential home being built in the city of College Station. The set
price for the home is set to $1,00,000.00. Reading through this contract on this residential
construction project I found that it thoroughly explained a lot of important information. I found
that this contract really favored the builder and most of the errors that I came across ranged from
things that could be settled over an email. But some of the errors are needed to be brought to
court for negligence.
