Problem Statement
Should the company implement a telecommuting schedule of one or two days per week or a
modified work schedule with specific number days per week and number of hours per day, or
flexible start and end times?
Purpose Statement
The purpose of this report is to determine the work schedule: either telecommuting schedule of
one or two days per week or a modified work schedule with specific number days per week and
number of hours per day, or flexible start and end times, is suitable for the company.
Research Questions
1. How many employees believe that telecommuting option is good?
This question will be answered using the data on survey provided the human resource
department.
2. In case telecommunicating option is offered, how many hours per day do most of the
employees prefer?
