Nowadays, people are living in the age of modern technology, which may affect on current shopping
culture. With the previous development of global transactions, customers tend to make a buying
decision in online shopping instead of going to the conventional stores. According to TheNextScoop,
in recent years, the industry has increasingly exploded new business trends, especially E-commerce
business trends. Moreover, in India, the number of Internet users was 190 million in 2013 (Acoweb
2019). Online shopping is one of the forms of E-commerce, which becomes a major role in businesses
as well as customer needs. Although some people think that online shopping may have some negative
impacts on traditional shopping patterns, E-commerce still has enormous advantages for both
contemporary enterprises and consumers. In this essay, there are three main reasons that demonstrated
the importance of electronic transactions, such as the useful freight, increase in revenue and
convenience.
